For sale is a McIntosh C-26 stereo preamplifier in good condition. Our tech has tested and confirmed this preamp is fully functional and sounding great. Cosmetically there are some scratches and nicks in the metal frame and side/top plates as well as some edge wear here and there. (See pictures for reference). However, this piece is still in very nice shape for its age and has a wonderful overall appearance. McIntosh has been one of the HiFi world's most reputable brands for decades and crafted some of the finest equipment during the the golden age of audio. Units from that time are not only cool pieces of history but encapsulate the desirable sound of that period.
